The house has just been built; it has 3 bedrooms for the guests:
· 1 double bed room
· 1 twin beds room

The 2 rooms are facing a balcony and have a lovely view on the garden and the hills.
A crib may be added to the room

TV in each room

A big bathroom is on the same floor for guests use only.
You will find towels and sheets, and a hair dryer, too.

You will be served breakfast in a well-lighted dining room, or in the summer, in a quiet garden.

A typical and rich Italian breakfast includes coffee, tea, milk, fruit juice, yogurt, bread, butter, jam and marmalade, biscuits and croissants.
